Your success starts with the right job opportunity. If your resume and application are a good match for a client’s needs, a recruiter will reach out to learn more about you to ensure the opportunity fits your interests, goals and skills. Most positions are long term with companies where we support the backend of their operations. Short term positions are also available if that is what you prefer. After we have matched you with a job opportunity, we prepare for a job interview that hopefully result with a job offer. Upon completion of acceptance, we then take the final steps in the onboarding process (drug screening, background checks, information).
We remain your contact after your assignment starts and continue to support all of your HR needs. Whatever issue arises, we are here to help resolve it quickly.
Each of our clients have their own employee policies with specific job descriptions, benefits and requirements. Those will be discussed during the onboarding process so you full understand what is expected of you.
